Today is yet another Halloween. Everyone in our branch are required to dress up for the day as part of the "celebration".

I dressed up as a surgent but for some reasons, people thought I dressed up as a nurse.

Oh well, it's not like I really care.

We took some pictures and in those pictures I look awfully fat.

I need to get  back on track with my weight!

(I guess I was not really controlling my eating habits after Alden was born....what a shame....)

Anyhow, today's diary is about one of the customer I served at the front line.

Here come the story......

This young lady, M, came to branch and requested for a bank card replaced.

What happen was...she went on a Halloween Party last Friday.

In the middle of the night, she gave "someone" her bank card and her PIN and asked that person to buy her a drink.

Guess what?! That person took her card and never came back.

At this point I asked this customer M, "Did you report a card lost?"

She said "NO, I went on my on-line banking and there's still money in my account."

"I was busy over the weekend that I wouldn't able to come and replace my card."

HELLO~~~?! It's Wednesday today and you are telling me that didn't have time for the past 4 days?! Really?!

And you never thought of calling and cancelling your bank card?!

This M lady's accounts were completely wipe out by that "somebody" and that person used her account to deposit empty envelopes so now she owes the bank about $200+ fee.

I mean I feel her pain and frustration but look...sometimes you just need to use your brain.

Don't be an idiot! Your credit is screwed with this kind of S**T.

Someone said "It takes 5 to 10 years to build a reputation but it only takes 5 to 10 min. to ruin it!"

Be smart with your money! Take responsiblity of yourself!

I'm sorry I went on and on to be a bitch about this poor lady's situation.

But I'm not sorry for her at all.
